We hope your items are a perfect fit and you are happy with your purchase. However we realise there may be times when you need to return something, and we are happy to take all items for a refund, with the exception of food and treats, up to 30 days after you have received them.
In the case of muzzles this is extended to 3 months, as we appreciate some nervous dogs may take while to desensitise to the muzzle and we do not want you to rush this process, if 3 months isn't long enough please contact us and we can extend this for you.
If you require help with muzzle sizing then it can be useful useful to see a photo of the Dog wearing the incorrectly fitting muzzle to use as a gauge, so please contact us before sending the return.
In the case of purchases made after sending in your measurements then please contact us, so we can decide on an alternative size, and send you a discount code to cover the cost of a UK parcel.
All items must be returned in a clean and unworn condition and in the case of treat bags etc in their original packaging where applicable.
The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs, unless the item is faulty in which case please use Royal Mail 2nd class and obtain a proof of postage which will insure the parcel.
We strongly recommend you use Royal Mail for all returns, if other Couriers are used and there is a discrepancy, for e.g the parcel isn't in the open driveway they left it on, the Courier will only correspond with you as the sender, so we will be unable to process your return until a claim has been submitted to the Courier on our behalf.
