We try to despatch orders made before 2.00pm the same day, (Monday to Friday) however this isn't always possible especially for larger orders.  Parcels are collected Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) therefore orders placed after the Friday collection will not be despatched until the Monday.

International Postage- please read From July 2026 a new import fee has been imposed on all orders sent to Europe. The fee is £2.50/3 euros per item and then a handling fee which varies but is approx £6-£8. This must be collected by us before the item is posted. We will send a payment link for the fee to be paid.
International Standard insures your parcel up to a value of £20 and is not a tracked service.

International Tracked insures your parcel up to £200 and is a tracked service.

Should your parcel be declared as a loss we will facilitate the claim from the Royal Mail, however please be aware of the maximum amount we will be able to claim and payout to you.

Please be aware that any tax or duties remain the responsibility of the customer with the exception of  the United States in which case the duties have already been added to your postage fee.
