Delivery Options
                        Deliveries are made via Royal Mail or Parcelforce for heavier parcels.

UK parcels are from £3.50 for 2nd class and £4.40 1st class.
The price doesn't increase until the parcel weighs more than 2 kgs.
Next day special delivery before 1pm is offered, however please be aware a signature is required the parcel cannot be left in a safe place.  You will receive an email from The Muzzle Shop informing you the parcel has been posted, and at that point you know it is arriving before 1pm the next day (unless it is the weekend), so please ensure someone will be available to accept the parcel and sign for it. If there is no reply the Royal mail will immediately return the parcel to The Muzzle Shop, and the postage will need to be paid for a second time.
The  next day service is only guaranteed Mon-Fri and not weekends.

Large letters are £1.80 2nd class and £2.20 1st class.

We  post worldwide, the cost is based on which Country you are in, & the weight of the parcel.
If you add things to your basket and start the checkout process the postage price is displayed on the website before you are asked to confirm your purchase, allowing you to add or remove things from your basket and get an accurate cost of delivery.

We offer International Tracked which is insured up to the full value of your parcel, and  International Standard delivery which is insured up to a value of £40.00.  
Very few deliveries are lost or delayed, however the process of claiming for a lost International Parcel isn't easy as it involves 2 Countries, so please be prepared to wait until the claim has been settled before a payout can be agreed.

The vast majority of the few parcels where delivery isn't straight forwards is because the delivery company couldn't get an answer when trying to deliver the parcel, or the import fees are outstanding. Different Countries have different import taxes and fees and we do not collect these on your behalf they remain payable by you.

If your parcel does not arrive within the specified time frame then please contact us and we will contact the Royal mail, and process a claim with them.
You must contact us within 8 weeks from the date of posting.

Please note the Royal Mail have planned Strike action which will
seriously disrupt services, we will continue to process orders but
deliveries may be delayed so please order in plenty of time. 
They have said they will prioritise Special delivery however if you pay for this service we cannot guarantee it will be delivered in the specified timeframe.
