Delivery Options
Deliveries are made via Royal Mail or Parcelforce for heavier parcels.

Orders are usually despatched within 24-72hrs, larger orders may take longer and the delivery times are calculated from the time they are collected by Royal Mail, not from when you place your order.

UK parcels are sent Monday to Friday tracked 24 or tracked 48hrs which does not require a signature and can be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, but is not a guaranteed service.

We  post worldwide, the cost is based on which Country you are in, & the weight of the parcel.
If you add things to your basket and start th
e checkout process the postage price is displayed on the website before you are asked to confirm your purchase, allowing you to add or remove things from your basket and get an accurate cost of delivery.

Please check any import fees that may be due,and that the items you order can be imported into your Country, particularly treats/chews as these can be subject to stringent import rules.
From July 2026 a new import fee has been imposed on all orders sent to Europe. The fee is £2.50/3 euros per item and then a handling fee which varies but is approx £6-£8. This will be payable by the customer.

We offer International Tracked which is insured up to the full value of your parcel, and  International Standard delivery which is insured up to a value of £20.00.
Very few deliveries are lost or delayed, however the process of claiming for a lost International Parcel isn't easy as it involves 2 Countries, so please be prepared to wait until the claim has been settled before a payout can be agreed.

The vast majority of the few parcels where delivery isn't straight forwards is because the delivery company couldn't get an answer when trying to deliver the parcel, or the import fees are outstanding. Different Countries have different import taxes and fees and we do not collect these on your behalf they remain payable by you.

If your parcel does not arrive within the specified time frame then please contact us and we will contact the Royal mail, and process a claim with them. You must contact us within 8 weeks from the date of posting.
