      If you have any problems or queries with your purchase please contact us so we can work out the best way forward. 

      We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to have it returned back to us. For muzzles this is extended to 3 months as we appreciate it may take some time to accustom your dog to the muzzle.

      Returns are accepted and refund will be given on receipt of the returned item, which must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and in the original packaging where appropriate.

      Postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    • Postage

      UK postage is with Royal Mail and orders placed before midday are posted the same day. Parcels usually take 1-3 days to be delivered.

      Next day Delivery- orders placed after midday may not be posted until the following day.

      International orders welcome, please check postage costs during the checkout process.

      N.B International Standard is only insured for a value of £20 and posted at your own risk (we will provide proof of posting). International Tracked parcels are fully insured.
