    Solid Brass and pewter keyrings, the sighthound ones are bigger than a 50p.
     
    The Stafford head is a good weight but smaller than a 20p.

    • Postage

      UK postage is Royal Mail and orders placed before midday are posted the same day. Parcels usually take 1-3 days to be delivered.

      Next day Delivery- orders placed after midday may not be posted until the following day.Please note the PO only classes Mon-Fri as next day, so a next day delivery posted on Friday will be delivered Monday.

      International orders welcome, please check postage costs during the checkout process. Please enquire re estimated delivery times, which is 10-14 days for the majority of places, one exception is Canada where the delivery time is 4-6 weeks.

    • Returns

      If you have any problems or queries with your purchase please contact us so we can work out the best way forward. 

      We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to have it returned back to us. For muzzles this is extended to 3 months as we appreciate it may take some time to accustom your dog to the muzzle.

      Returns are accepted and refund will be given on receipt of the returned item, which must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and in the original packaging where appropriate.

      Postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
