    These strong muzzles are ideal for bigger dogs, offering a decent amount of protection whilst maintaining comfort for the dog. The muzzles have a good panting depth and the adjustable weighs 5oz 146G, the non adjustable 119g/4 oz approx.
    They are a box muzzle emaning they have a guard in front of the dogs mouth making it difficult to feed treats.
     
    The style means they are better for the shorter faced dogs as the adjustable straps offer a good variation in length the muzzle will fix at.
    Extra large box muzzle, this is the deepest of the Don Pare muzzles measuring approx 38cm in circumference to give added panting depth.
     
    The basket of this muzzles measures 7.5cm wide and 14cm deep.
     
    Available in two sizes- the fixed length measures approx 21cm, so would be suitable for dogs with a head length no more than 20cm and a collar size of upto approx 60cm.
    And an adjustable one which would be suitable for a  dog with a head length from 18 cm /7" up to around 30cm/12", and a collar size of up to 60cm.
     
    The chin strap which sits underneath the muzzle is designed to be long enough to allow the dog to look up and have free movement of their head.
    The muzzle fastens with an integrated  keeper strap which goes around their necks.
     
    The additional keeper strap, muzzle stop or extension strap will not fit this style of muzzle.

    Please note that dogs with a high prey drive or a history of reactivity/aggression towards other dogs may still be able to inflict injuries whilst wearing muzzles especially if they are off lead and not under your close control.

      If you have any problems or queries with your purchase please contact us so we can work out the best way forward. 

      We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to have it returned back to us. For muzzles this is extended to 3 months as we appreciate it may take some time to accustom your dog to the muzzle.

      Returns are accepted and refund will be given on receipt of the returned item, which must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and in the original packaging where appropriate.

      Postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

      Orders placed before midday will posted the same day. 

      Next day Delivery- orders placed after midday may not be posted until the following day, although we will try our best to get them in the post the same day, regardless of when the order is placed.

      Covid has had a long lasting affect on postal services, throughout the world companies are struggling with staff absences and a smaller workforce to allow social distancing at work. This means the timescales for delivery are unpredictable with  some parcels delayed by weeks. 

      We are willing to continue to post internationally but please be aware we have no control over timescales.

      Should your parcel be declared as a loss we will facilitate the claim from Royal Mail, however please be aware of the maximum amount we will be able to claim on your behalf and payout to you.​

      International Standard insures your parcel up to a value of £20 International Tracked insures your parcel up to a value of £50

      You can increase the amount of insurance up to £200, please select "International Tracked Plus" at checkout.

      International purchases please be aware that you may be liable for an import tax on any items purchased.
