Customisation Fee

Some of the muzzles can be modified to shorten the length of the basket, and/or shorten the length of the muzzle as a whole, and we are happy to do this for you,  however please note we are unable to accept customised muzzles for a refund or exchange.
We have to cut the leather straps off the muzzles which renders them too short to reuse and we need to replace them with a new set, you can choose to replace them with the black leather straps, the coloured straps, or the waterproof straps.

We have added lots to the website reecntly, so please forgive us and for now you will need to add a note to your order to request the colour of straps if you do not want the black leather ones. 
 
Unless you have ordered before please contact us to discuss before proceeding to pay for the customisation so we can ensure it is feasible.
 
The options are:
Shorten the basket by removing 1 row of struts from the basket in front of the dogs eyes.
 
Shorten the basket by removing 2 rows of struts from the basket in front of the dogs eyes.
 
Shorten the overall length to 18cm and replace with:
leather straps
budget straps
waterproof straps
